went to Meritus Mandarin hotel for my sis’s wedding dinner tasting session. basically it was a 9-course meal served in itty-bitty portions for us(mainly my sis and bro-in-law) to try out and critique. i didn’t care. i was just there for the free food 
1st row (L-R) Suckling Pig, Shark’s Fin, Chicken
2nd row(L-R)Scallops, Garoupa, Abalone
3rd row(L-R)Duck, Lotus Leaf Rice, Mashed Taro
i was fine with all the food. except for the dessert. and i had two bowls of shark’s fin thanks to my sis -_-” so filling!
